Registration Fees

A registration fee is required to participate in the 2nd International Aesthetic Design Competition (IADC2027). The fee contributes to the administration of the competition, jury evaluation process, project exhibition, certificates, awards, publication activities, and preparation of the official competition book.

 

 

» Important Registration Notes:

1.     One registration and one registration fee are required for each submitted project, regardless of the number of participants in the team.

2.     The registration fee must be paid before submitting the project to the official online competition platform.

3.     Participants must save the payment receipt and upload it together with the required project documents during the submission process.

4.     The applicable registration fee is determined by the date on which the payment is successfully completed.

5.     Participants submitting more than one project must complete a separate registration and payment for each project.

6.     Registration fees are non-refundable after the project has been formally submitted, except if the competition is cancelled by the organizers.

7.     Participants are responsible for ensuring that the name and payment details entered during registration are accurate and correspond to the submitted project.

8.     A project will not be considered fully registered until both the required registration fee and the complete project submission have been received.

9.     Incomplete registrations, missing payment receipts, or unpaid submissions may not proceed to the jury evaluation stage.

10. Payment of the registration fee does not guarantee an award, nomination, special mention, or selection; all eligible projects will be evaluated independently by the jury.

11. Participants are strongly advised to complete payment and submission before the final deadline to avoid technical, banking, or uploading difficulties.

12. By completing the registration and submitting a project, participants confirm that they have read and accepted the competition rules, submission requirements, eligibility criteria, and evaluation procedures.
